Product Description

1. Whole frame is made of 304 stainless steel with thickness of 1.5-2 mm . The plate around the shrinking tunnel is equipped with insulation layer,which can ensure staff safety during operation;
2. Whole machine frame is designed disassembly type,easy for staff maintenance.Cylinder support is adopted for the left and right door opening, saving time and effort;The door body is sealed by food grade silicone strip, waterproof and heat preservation;
3. Equipped with four high-power electric heating tubes to ensure constant water temperature and heat shrinkage effect of products
4.PLC touchable control screen;Whole shrinking process can be set manually or automatically

5.The water tank is equipped with automatic water level control device to ensure the water volume of the tank. And when water source is lacking ,the water tank is provided with water shortage protection, water pump automatically stops working, control panel error warning;

8. 6 soft leather curtains inside the heat shrink tunnel to keep heat and prevent heat loss;
