pre-cut processing area. In front of each circular saw, at least one operator performs segmentation and positioning. The cut back
legs, front legs and middle sections enter their respective deboning and dividing processing lines.
Meat Bone cutting line and fat trimming line
1.1Deboning line for hind legs
The cut hind legs are conveyed again to the hind leg deboning line. The dividing line is equipped with 30 operating tables. The height of each operating table is 800mm, the length and width are 900mm and 400mm respectively, and these operating tables are connected to the conveyor. The spacing between each console is 600mm. Each operating table is equipped with 2 box racks, one on the left and one on the left, for storing the divided products. The size of the box frame is 620mm long, 420mm wide, and 350mm high. When the turnover box is full, it can be pushed into the heavy box conveyor line under the product conveyor to transport it to the packaging area.
1.2Boning and dividing line for the front leg
