Product Description

Henger Air Shower is a necessary passage for person entering clean room in order to minimized the amount of particulate contaminant, achieve workplace strict clean purification standards.  The air shower pass box is a high velocity, low pressure type system, providing a normal entrance to and exit from a contamination controlled area.Each assembled air Shower is a completely self contained unit, equipped with air filtration systems, blowers, motors, controls, a solid-state programmable microprocessor, interlocking doors, lighting, and a pre-wired electrical panel.

After employees or goods enter the air shower room, the ambient air passes through the air filter and is pressed into the static pressure box by a special fan. High-speed clean airflow is blown out from the air outlet surface. The clean airflow is sprayed onto the person/goods through nozzles at a high wind speed, effectively and quickly removing dust particles attached to clothes or goods.
