To use low-temperature and high-humidity circulating air to blow the product to be thawed to form a uniform airflow on the product surface. The defrosting temperature, humidity and defrosting time are automatically controlled by a PLC microcomputer to achieve defrosting.
Low-temperature and high-humidity thawing technology can be controlled by a variety of environmental temperature and humidity, it can meet the thawing requirements for different meat products. Set different temperature and humidity according to different quality requirements of thawed products. The thawing temperature maintains variable temperature operation between 0ºC and 20ºC. The thawing time is generally maintained for 10 to 16 hours, and the thawing time is closely related to the temperature and humidity of the thawing environment. According to the characteristics of meat products, the thawing time is shorter. The temperature difference in the defrosting environment is small, the effect of defrosting products is better, the environmental sanitation is controllable, and the automatic control reduces energy consumption and energy saving. The product loss is relatively low and the meat quality is improved. The automatic control program can be adjusted according to the product quality requirements.
