The thawing time is generally maintained for 10 to 16 hours, and the thawing time is closely related to the temperature and humidity of the thawing environment. According to the characteristics of meat products, the thawing time is shorter. The temperature difference in the defrosting environment is small, the effect of defrosting products is better, the environmental sanitation is controllable, and the automatic control reduces energy consumption and energy saving. The product loss is relatively low and the meat quality is improved. The automatic control program can be adjusted according to the product quality requirements.
