How to use the Basket Washing Machine?
1. Clean + disinfect + air dry
Cleaning process: pre-wash--main wash--rinse--clean water--air dry
Cleaning steps:
Adopt four cleaning stages:
The first level is pre-washing, high-flow cleaning, which simulates the soaking method in the traditional cleaning process to soften the attachments on the surface of the turnover box, which is more convenient for subsequent cleaning;
The second level is main washing and high-pressure washing. The attachments on the surface of the turnover basket are washed away from the surface of the turnover basket through high pressure to achieve the purpose of cleaning stains;
The third level is clean water rinsing, which uses relatively cleancirculating water to rinse the surface of the turnover basket. Since the water in the first two levels of water tanks will become dirty after recycling, the remaining cleaning fluid in the first two levels is rinsed with relatively clean water;
The fourth level is clean washing. Rinse thoroughly again with clean water to make the surface of the box clean and free of residue.
After cleaning, if it needs to be air-dried, we will design an air-drying area. The crates enter the air dryer, and the high-speed airflow blows out from the air outlet to blow away the remaining water droplets and improve the utilization rate of the turnover basket.
