Basket washing machine is used for the clean and sterilization of revolving basket,dishes ,egg trays ,mold etc.After cleaning the container has a number of colonies in line with the nation food safety requirements.Whole machine adopts famous components,moisture-proof ,water-proof.It can be directly for washing ,and it has low failure rate,stable performance.

1.Pre Washing Stage: 82°C Hot water, large flow of water and highpressure cleaning. Using 5.5KW water pump,this stage is large flow ofwater to remove major stains from crates.
2.Main Washing Stage: 82 'C Hot water and detergent, high pressurecleaning,Using 7.5kw water pump,this stage is high-pressure watercombined with detergent to remove stubborn stains such as oil stains.
3.Rinsing Stage: Use hot water(Optional), rinse with clean water to removedetergent.
4.Air-drying: Using two 5.5KW scroll-type high-pressure fans, excessmoisture on the surface of the basket can be effectively removed.

Fast And Efficient
The limit rod in the tunnel is easy to adjust, and the width and height of the cleaning channel can be flexibly changed, so as to be compatible with containers of various sizes. The high-pressure nozzle adopts a surround layout, the spray angle is adjustable, and the bottom nozzle can swing at a large angle to ensure sterilization and decontamination without leaving dead corners. The washing water temperature is adjustable to protect some containers that are not resistant to high temperatures and ensure non-destructive cleaning.

 

Safety And Bacteria Control
The equipment focuses on hygienic protection and integrates multiple bacteria control designs. Multiple high-temperature cleaning processes and full-coverage high-pressure spraying ensure that the container is fully in contact with high-temperature water for more thorough sterilization. The water tank has a dual filtration function to improve the cleanliness of the circulating water and ensure the hygiene of the container after cleaning; the track is equipped with a dedicated cleaning nozzle to keep the chain clean and avoid cross contamination with the container.
