Product Description
Low temperature and high humidity defrosting machine is equipped with refrigeration system ,heat system and humidification system , insulation room frame ,and electrical control system.
Working Theory:
Generally speaking, the working principle is utilizing low-temperature high-humidity clean air blowing the surface of frozen food evenly to make them thawed. The temperature, humidity of unfreezing air and unfreezing time determine the quality of thawed
food.To minimum the unfreezing time, prevent juice loss and weight loss in a large scale, decrease the difference between foods' surface temperature and center temperature, we adopted 3 different stages to thaw and cool preserve. The temperature of first stage is +15°C, and the temperature of second stage is +5°C, while the third stage is for cool preservation and its temperature is -3°C.
High Thawing Quality
In the thawing process, the center and the surface temperature difference of the frozen products are kept in the minimum range,and the scientific and reasonable air distribution device is adopted to ensure the thawing of the frozen products from the center to the surface, so as to keep the freshness of the food.
Low Weight Loss Rate
The frozen thaw process is always in low temperature and high humidity environment, little food thawing the cell sap of such loss, maintain the color of the original flavor of food, reduce the loss of nutrients, reduce the weight loss rate, reduce the loss for food enterprises, to win the profits.
Easy Operation, Strong Applicability
The use of touch screen operation, PLC full automatic microcomputer control, according to different frozen products, set up different thawing procedures, the user according to thaw products, select the appropriate thawing procedures can be available.
