This shrink tunnel machine is a continuously food packing bag sterilization and shrinking machine using water as a heating medium.The main structure of the machine is made of high-quality stainless steel 304 ,which is safe and hygienic,with adjustable temperature and time ,and a variety of operation methods.Simple and easy maintenance features attract food packaging industry to use.

Heat Shrink Tunnel Machine Feature:

1.Whole frame is made of 304 stainless steel with thickness of 1.5-2 mm . The plate around
the shrinking tunnel is equipped with insulation layer,which can ensure staff safety during operation;
2.Whole machine frame is designed disassembly type,easy for staff maintenance.Cylinder support is adopted for the left and right door opening, saving time and effort;The door body is sealed by food grade silicone strip, waterproof and heat preservation;
3.Equipped with four high-power electric heating tubes to ensure constant water temperature and heat shrinkage effect of products
4.PLC touchable control screen;Whole shrinking process can be set manually or automatically ;operation language can be set into English and Chinese ;
5.The water tank is equipped with automatic water level control device to ensure the water volume of the tank. And when water source is lacking ,the water tank is provided with water shortage protection, water pump automatically stops working, control panel error warning;With two filter layer system to make sure water quality and ensure the service life of electric heating tube
6. High-temperature POM resistant conveyor belt;
7. 6 soft leather curtains inside the heat shrink tunnel to keep heat and prevent heat loss;
8. Polymer excessive roller connection is adopted for both import and export;
9.Using up and down spray mode, hot water to form a fan surface to cover the whole product, to ensure the product heat shrinkage
effect;
10.Product shrinking time is 1 seconds,which guarantees the food quality not to be affected.
